Sounds like you downloaded a ELS lighting enabled car but havent instaled the program ELS. Google "ELS ver 6" Then use J to operate primary lights and K for secondary. There are othe things as well so read the read me file in ELS when you download it.

    Probably an earlier version of ELS.
