My casual FPS when I am not recording is about 50 - 60. When I am recording its about 40 - 45 FPS.

    Lol. I used to use my moms laptop all the time to play games cause my old PC SUCKED. I got this new gaming PC about 1 month ago or less!

    Same here, I used to get 15FPS with all settings on medium but then I built a new PC and I get 45-50 when recording and up to 60 when not.

    Yes, it just depends on what computer and graphics card you have. I could not imagine one of those small little notebooks handling any game whatsoever! It would just crash or not even start up the game. I have heard they only last for about 2 years or around there. :P

    I used to get 20FPS on my 6870 and i5-2500K on max settings, 30 view distance, 50 detail distance, and 20 vehicle density with L3EVO ENB due to all of my car mods. But since I restored my original vehicles.img for LCPDFR MP, I get a stable 30 - 40FPS.
