Can someone tell me what lightbar this is and whether or not there is an unlocked version. I though it was a whelen justice, but I think I'm wrong

Actually thats the Soundoff Apex Lightbar. I havn't seen any of those around recently but there are a couple bars VERY similar to it.

Yeah, its an APEX, ETL3000 i believe. I'm the only one that has made the apex to my knowledge...
