Would i need to upgrade much? I think its pretty self reliable when it would come to lcpdfr and enb mods, what do yall think? Its got the gtx 760, wireless internet, six core processor, 8gbs of ram (16) upgradeable, looks like a clone trooper.

The processor is a little on the lower end of the FX Series. I run an FX-8320 but with a lower end GTx card, GTx 650 to be exact, and can run GTA just fine with mods and ENBs.

Any 700 series graphics card will allow your GTA to run excellent. I have a 630 and I get 35 w/o ENB so I am pretty sure that will get you what you want. (Let alone probably run CryENB).

I think the term you were looking for was Storm trooper.

Not bad, especially coming from Best Buy. AMD I don't know too much about, good CPU is important (I recommend Intel) because GTAIV is a CPU Intensive game. GPU is pretty good. The bottleneck is probably the hard drive, if you were looking to upgrade you could try buying like a 120GB SSD for GTAIV and your OS, and the rest of your data would go on a HDD, up to you though, just a thought.

If you already bought it, try actually running LCPDFR on it before doing anything else - if it runs LCPDFR acceptably, no need to bother upgrading. If you hadn't bought it already, then it would be worth asking, but now that you own it it's much better to just find out empirically.

That system is fine as it is. You shouldn't need to do any upgrading to it. Just remember that GTA IV is getting old and its code is not the greatest so if you have issues with your game don't automatically assume it is your PC. But like I said, those system specs are plenty fine for IV.
