Very few call-outs?

Featured Replies

I noticed there was a few topics on this, but it doesn't really answer my question. When I start the mod I get one or two call-outs, then nothing. I can do everything else fine I just don't get any call-outs.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Many Thanks

Afro

You can press alt F11 to force a call out. One thing I've noticed is that after doing so they start working again. So you can do that to get a few more call outs. There may come a time when they stop again, so in this case you can rinse and repeat. Hope that helps.

There is a delay between callouts of a value between 30 seconds and 2,5 minutes; that's what you might be experiencing. To change it you need to edit

DelayBetweenCalloutsMinSeconds = 30

DelayBetweenCalloutsMaxSeconds = 180

in your FirstResponse.ini

Wow, thanks for the quick replies guys! But no, I don't think that is what I am experiencing and I haven't pressed F7. It literally does 3 call-outs then I wait for ages and nothing happens? It is quite annoying.

Any further suggestions?

Many Thanks

I genuinely didn't see that post that Sean did. Thank you Sean that might just work and thank you Cap'n for bringing my attention to that :)

Your welcome. BTW Break has a good point too. I have mine set to

ChanceCrimeIsComittedMultiplier = 90

DelayBetweenCalloutsMinSeconds = 5

DelayBetweenCalloutsMaxSeconds = 30

So when I am getting call outs its like .91 was, well sometimes I wanna say leave me alone lol

Firstresponse.ini file found in scripts folder which is in your main GTAIV folder

I answered cause shawn is not online :)

Right click on the file and uncheck the read only box. You may have to change the security settings. in the same window click the security tab and then edit button just give users or everyone full control. If not sure what to do by that option B would be to copy it to your desktop, then edit it and move it back to the scripts folder.
