Cannot replace Police 3 + 4 in TBoGT

Featured Replies

Hi I am trying to mod all the police vehicles in TBoGT but Police 3 + 4 just will not stop resisting to stay as the original files.

I have tried using GTA IV Vehicle Mod Installer as well as using OpenIV, but the Police 3 and 4 vehicle files (which are in the TBoGT vehicle img), even though I am replacing those files, just will not change whatsoever. I go into the game, I spawn them and they are the original files. The main police vehicles which are also in standard GTA IV change without problem but those 2 simply resist to change completely.

It is really bugging me like anything this, really is odd.

Has anyone else had this issue and solved it?

Thanks

If you have a backup copy of your EFLC, the game tends to use the TBOGT and TLAD folder from the original copy. So if you made a copy of your whole game, and modded that, I suggest trying to mod the game that has the original folder name, and also is in the original installed folder.

You can also rename the folders. Name the one you want to use "EFLC", then name the backup "EFLC backup"
