Simple Question

Hello, I realize this may be a simple question for most, but I must ask. Also I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask, if not, please let me know soon.

How can you tell if a vehicle is high/low poly? I know the DSF models are supposed to be low poly, but the recent posts I've been seeing seem very high poly and generally crash my game. I have since found a vehicle that I like and doesn't crash. But how can I tell if something is high/low poly?

Generally speaking the high poly vehicles have larger file sizes, so if you compare 2 different models of CVPI's for example, the one with the larger file size will be a higher poly model (more details etc)

The other way is to load the .WTF file for the model into OpenIV. In the top left corner you can see the number of polygons.

For example the default police cruiser is 13,094 polygons. But a model CVPI I have in my folder is 171,187 polygons.

Hope this helps
