Ok guys so im new here. I've been watching youtube videos on this and it looks really fun!!! i have some questions tho. Is it a free game to play? Like do you just download it and go? and if so what do you need to download? I need a lot of help when it comes to this. Also, does this download mess with your computer or anything? Or if there was some sort of team that is willing to take me on that would be great as well. And once it got all downloaded what other things would i need to download? Like lightbars and cars and things of that nature. If someone could help me i would appreciate it very much. Drop some comments or please email me at pdam132@gmail.com.

LCPDFR is a free modification created for a game called Grand Theft Auto IV + it's DLC's. You can buy it off Steam or any retailer for around 25 bucks or so. Price may vary from store to store. Not sure if I got what you mean by "messing with your PC" but it isn't malicious or anything like that. Majority of the cars, lightbars and other stuff you've seen are various other mods made by the community. You may need an application such as OpenIV or SparkIV to install those. There are tutorials for that all around, though.

First of all, Welcome!

LCPDFR is indeed a free program but you most own a valid copy of GTA IV. A lot of people purchase this from the steam store. This video should really help you install LCPDFR and MODs. (Yes this is a tutorial for LCPDFR 0.95 but it should be similar to LCPDFR 1.0)
