Almost everything is possible, some things just require a lot of time. And about the ETA, we're adding many new features to the next version so it's really hard to say when it's done. Just wait and check the news every day

If I may, Team-NeO has a GTA IV Paramedic mod where you are a paramedic and respond to EMS-Related calls. Go to youtube and search it to see it's features and stuff..

If the staff don't care, I can give u the download link to the mod; but Team-NeO also has that Police-Pursuit mod for GTA so...(their cop mod SUCKS)

I've seen the Paramedic mod...its the same crap as the PP Mod only with medics, same controls..look at the INI's....EXACT same ini's. He didn't even bother to change the commented lines...
