    If I may, Team-NeO has a GTA IV Paramedic mod where you are a paramedic and respond to EMS-Related calls. Go to youtube and search it to see it's features and stuff.. If the staff don't care, I can give u the download link to the mod; but Team-NeO also has that Police-Pursuit mod for GTA so...(their cop mod SUCKS)
