Be sure to import the vehshare png's.

Be sure not to do that. It's pointless and unnecessarily increases the .wtd size. OpenIV automatically adds the vehshare textures from vehshare.wtd when viewing the model.

yes even tho i added another car/texture, the car is still white (some have texture, but no windows, most are white)

Have you altered your Vehshare.wtd? I don't see any of the specmaps or dirtmaps, nor the tire/rim. It might be that, try getting a fresh non altered vehshare.wtd.

In your vehicles.img, there is the vehshare.wtd. Have you altered/deleted that file?
