I uninstalled the mod just for until i beat the game,but i still cant call taxis or go in the passanger seat.Please help me!

LCPDFR uses the "hail taxi" command to perform traffic stops on vehicles, meaning the player can no longer hail a cab. There is no known fix for this.

Since files have been replaced and stuff has been changed, uninstalling the mod only removes the mod and won't re-activate the commands that have been disabled.

 

So, Yes you will have to re-install the game.

Provided you do not delete your save games, no, it will not.

Once you uninstall the game, you'll have the option "do you want to remove save data" click no, and your save data will still be there on your next re-install.

 

The only time save data gets removes is if you remove it (using that option above) or you re-format your computer other than that, your save data will still be stored on your PC

You can remove LCPDFR if it doesn't suit your needs :)

In order for you to get the GTA IV commands back to normal and have a normal, running GTA IV then you need to re-install the game.

No it will not delete your saved games. Uninstall GTA Iv, delete the Rockstar Games folder in your Program Files, Install GTA IV.

You will just have to reinstall the game. Delete the game from Steam (right-click, delete local content, and then just install it normally). Be sure to make proper backups.

You will need to delete LCPDFR after GTA IV has been uninstalled. 

Is it ok if i deleted lcpdfr then i deleted gta iv?

You should be able to use the taxi after uninstallation of LCPDFR, to be safe I would recommend reinstall GTA IV to be sure.

Why do you want to hail a cab anyway? You can just use the trainer to get around. 

Have you gotten far enough into the game to unlock the taxi?
