when being a cop and your car is damaged how can u repair it?

i play in ballad of gay tony and have a nice blue cop car (not with mod) but i cant find it anywhere else and after 2-3 chases it gets destroyed

anyone know?

Download it, drag the SNT.ini and SNT.asi into the GTA 4 directory. then load up your game. press F3 to activate it (brings up the menus), use your numpad keys to use it 5=enter 8= up 2= down 4= left page 6= right page.

 

However, it will conflict at first since it has key bindings enabled. so press F3 - Options - page 2 - Enable/Disable Keys (set it to Disable) - Save Trainer INI

i tried installing it but there is a file with the same name as 1 in the lcpdfr if i replace it lcpdfr wont work probably

i changed the name (advancedhookk from advancedhook) but the only think i get in game is taxis spawning all time

Only use the two SNT files, don't use the advanced hook files. since the ones that came with LCPDFR work. Just copy the SNT.INI and SNT.ASI over. nothing else.

 

if you still experience the taxi bug (which it is known as), you need to download a traffic spawner (taxis occur when you mod cars with high poly vehicles) download this - '?do=embed' frameborder='0' data-embedContent>> and put the files (trafficflow.ini and trafficflow.net.dll) in your scripts folder.

All that work to fix your car??  Just use Abrax's Police Helper and call the mechanic...done!  Don't bother with that SNT crap if that's all you want to do with it.

 

Also, 1.0 has areas behind two or three police stations where you can drive right up and repair your car without using PH.  

 

Simple, easy and no need to install SNT.

Calling a Mechanic will have to load a model, then you'll wait until he arrives.. which in that time, the loaded model could crash your game. using SNT can repair your car withing a click of a button and BOOM! You're back on patrol, no stuffing around waiting for a mechanic.

No need for SNT, really. When in your car, press the Tilde Key (~), then type in "  heal " (without quotation marks) in the console, press enter, and it should instantly be healed (though note, this will also heal your officer, and possibly your partner too if they're in the car.)

There are also some scrpits that do repairs as well.

The mechanic spawn at the hood of the car immediately, really no wait time other than for him to actually fix the car (about 5-seconds), if using PH.  SNT is slightly more quick but only by a few seconds.  

 

SNT is just a headache for me.  Never use it, but to each his own.
