Area Livery Mod

Both versions of ALM (old and newer) seem to have an issue for me. Liveries aren't appearing as I've told them to in the config file, and they are also changing every 10 second right in front of me, even on the vehicle I'm driving

 

Any suggestions?

My config file is the default one. Didn't change anything. I'll just make LCPD cops spawn in alderney and delete the Alderney State Police liveries on all my cars lol too bad this thing doesn't work.

Well, there's a problem. The default INI only has Alderney areas set up, so everywhere else will be random.

 

Why liveries are constantly changing, I'm not sure. I figure it's set to only set liveries once, and probably a certain minimum distance away.

That's how I wanted it though, I just wanted state police in Alderney and LCPD for the rest of the map, and the default .ini is setup that way already. However, the liveries are changing constantly and right in front of me, AND its still spawning the state police livery in the city when it shouldn't be...?

Do all of your cars actually have the liveries set up in the config (e.g. if you have a 4 in the config for police, does your police slot have a _sign_4 livery)? That could hypothetically cause a similar issue, maybe (though probably not). Also, did this also happen before you installed 1.0c and/or the AdvancedHook included in ALM 2.0?

Are you using more than 4 liveries on the car? If not, 1.0c is *not* causing this. If so, it still likely isn't; unless the livery changes when you move the camera around (and reliably changes when you do so), it isn't 1.0c.

Were you using additional liveries (beyond 4)? That sounds kind of like a glitch that happened during the development of more-than-4-liveries, but I had thought that was fixed.
