Hello everyone well i am under making a youtube channel for myself and am really really wanting the 

EVI ALPR on his van sadly i cannot inbox him if i can have permisson or anything 

because off the model being "locked" i cant just take it however, if anybody can inbox him for me and tell him if i can have permisson to use it and keep the credit list who made them i will be so happy to do that aslong everything is fine with him & myself.

 

i know i may sound like a stealer however, am not one of them i can't stand members myself that breaking into vehicls and removing credit's whatever.

 

Anyways the only thing i want is the ALPR i will be happy to keep the credit's.

EVI has his inbox disabled, I think the reason was exactly these questions. As far as I know, he won't allow you to use any parts that are locked. That would be stealing, so you're better off finding an unlocked part (which I would recommend). 

Well he did share it with the NG-RP staff moding team for GTA SAMP unless they stolen his mod & converted his ALPR.

 

i understand the reason's of being "locked" so nobody can go right! ahead and open the file do a few little edit's and clam it as they own etc.

 

so if i find a unlocked part that as credit listed will that be okay for me to convert on to gta sa and use aslong i get the credit listed notes or ask before doing it?

That all depends on what it says in the file readme/description. Also, my name is ineseri, my member group is Community Team :P

There are plenty of unlocked ALPR's about. Use one of them instead.
