I am using the 09 CVPI Rim made by Bxbugs and they work but the texture seems to be messed up! I have tried remapping and got no where.. Wondering if someone who has used it before has fixed it and can let me know how to..

Perhaps try restarting your project from scratch. Also, have you made sure there's no texture conflicts?

I have restarted it 2 times and I don't believe there is any texture conflicts

It looks like a material issue, erase the old one as it is messed up and add the same texture that was used before, that should fix the issue, ZMod sometimes messes my textures up too. Sorry if this is a bit unclear lol

Do you have the textures stored with the .wft file itself? If it is, untick that little box when exporting your model. That happened to me before, also you may need to UV map it again if it persists.
