What do you mean by spawns? Is it parked there or do they patrol with that car in that area? Definitely gonna check it out

 

It spawns parked. It isn't used by the AI cops at all, probably since it doesn't have spotlights.

C'mon, I gotta give credit :D Yeah, Driv3r has some pretty sick tracks, haven't played the game in like 7 years but I still remember like it was yesterday, the soundtrack makes it really rememberable. Btw, did you (or anybody else) detect an accent? Be interesting to know

I rarely kill suspects in the game. And when I do, he must be armed with a firearm.
