Just to clearly answer your question, I haven't seen the kind of script you're talking about. I agree with Matthew White, it would be released on gta 4 mods because most others relate to policing. Apart from that, the idea sounds brilliant, taking a selfie when I do a pullover haha

We take 130 million selfies a month. Do we really need more?

 

But seriously- I can't find any selfie mods after doing a skim of google, a few reddit posts on it but that's it.
