Every time I install a new car,script,texture etc i have to delete my save file and start all over again. Is this normal? Or have I installed something wrong somewhere?

That is most definitely not normal. What is forcing you to delete it? 

When a new item is installed its crashes after around a minute after launching.but if I delete my save file then restart it works fine.

That happens if you save vehicles outside of your home and then mod them. Are you doing this?

You know the parking spaces available outside of your home? When you park there, the game saves the vehicle. 

 

The problem is, it doesn't just save what vehicle it is, but also what position it is in, and various other details. When you install a new car, these details change and the game therefore crashes. If you don't save your vehicles in the parking spaces, this doesn't happen.

 

Make any more sense now?

Yes, i get it now. So when i go to save i shouldn't put the vehicle in the parking space?

Yes, don't park any vehicles in the space. 

Got it. Now i have a different issue. I have just installed LAPD vehicles and PoliceHelper. When i start the game up it crashes pretty much straight away. I dont know if there is any files i can look at as i dont know where they are, if there is any of course.
