Hello there can some one make a fog lights mod, or post the link? I really enjoy gta and I try to make it realistic as possible, so one foggy days or nights i fell light a just have to turn on my fog lights. Thanks

If you have ELS v6 enabled cars, press "L" for what I think is a white light( I suppose this is fog light)..!!!

that is a spot light. that can blind the driver in the real world. fog lights are usually below the driver and are dim and orange.

Not possible. It'd mean having to add a new texture / light source for every single car in the game.

The lights already on the vehicles have a light source shining from behind a simple lamp texture..

Unless someone is willing to go through all that hassle, then it most likely won't happen, sorry.

I do have some cars that do have them turn on while the car is running (sadly, not able to toggle them on or off). One of such cars I know off the top of my head is the non rusted out ZAZ-968M.

Nope, it's not. The author simply used an lightsemissive material.

The problem with adding foglights is, how do you want to add them? ELS is using Extra parts (all 9 btw) and that would be the only way to do so. Then you'll have the problem Harper has told you about. And it wouldn't be compatible with ELS or other mods using Extra parts.
