Big Suggestion List! - LCPDFR 1.0c (Lots of ideas)

Wow, you put some time into this. I would personally love to see the ability to run license plates. The rest of the above are really great as well, don't know if its possible though. Would be cool to see some of this integrated.

We more or less already can run plates using ALPR built into the police MDT. A couple of the callout add ons have a couple of the calls you mentioned such as broken down car. I do like the idea of insurance and history though, and would love to have the suicide call back.

Wow! Everything i would've suggested is in this list, really! Nice job. I hope developers take a look and if possible add these features to the future versions.

And here I thought you just made good youtube videos :P Haha I would love the implementation of all of this!

1.Need more stability for multiplayer

2.Need some RP anim-s...like coffee or mby donut.

3.And...please...learn NPC partner to fire from the window.

If you read the devblog you will see that they are working on stability w/mp. As far as #3, I would disagree with that, strongly. Lcpdfr devs try to emulate basic, realistic policing, and what you requested is just the opposite of that. I have seen multiple pursuit videos where there is two people in car, and never (NEVER) has one of them began to discharge his firearm.

Just my opinion..(:

These are all good ideas. I would love to see these implemented into the game, Especially when you run a plate and it comes back with no insurance you should be able to find out information about that. And when you run a person by name it could bring up arrest history, Especially with the Possible warrant Gang Marker etc

Yeah, there are a few scripts that have additional calls, but they're all simple calls that could be made my the LCPDFR team as an actual callout, I would assume. Just ideas anyway. Let's see what happens  Thank you for the feedback everyone!

I like the callout suggestions! Perhaps a hit and run callout in which you have to secure the scene and search for a suspect vehicle that a witness saw. Maybe also a callout about an attack on a vehicle or property damage/arson where you arrest culprits/search for suspects in an immediate area and deal with the incident (FDLC response/tow the vehicle). Maybe an assistance callout for an officer being shot at, attacked with a knife or in a pursuit. If you sift through the police scanner callouts in the game files using Spark/Open IV, you find many potential scenarios.

But again you're going back to high priority calls, well, at least some of then. My goal was to keep it realistic. I don't know about everyone else, but when I play LCPDFR I try not to join pursuits or respond to shootouts. They really don't happen to often in most places. I like keeping it real. The hit and run is a good idea, but an officer being shot at, that already exists. A pursuit? That's there. Knife attack? I'm sure that's out there. But thanks for the feedback!

I really want to see more low priority calls, noise complaints and other such things cops deal with all the time.

One fix I would love to see is the taser. If I respond to a call in Hove Beach about someone with a knife and I use the taser, I start getting shot at from different directions.

There are some call outs that should have been put in such as MVA's, crucial part of a cops job..

YES! That is one I meant to add but totally blanked out on. MVA's. That is so common. That needs to be added. Minor + major ones.

I never respond to call in Hove Beach without a NOOSE unit, lol. I'd call some national Guard if there were any

The problem with MVA's.....or as I prefer, RTC's (there is no such thing as an accident) is that you have to get vehicles to spawn damaged and then pinpoint their spawn location to a much more precise position than is possible.

So you can only really spawn it in as a callout in the middle of a road, and then you end up with two perfectly formed cars with random peds stood next to them with no task. It looks stupid and for me ruins the fun of it.

However, I have every intention to experiment with possible ways of achieving a decent crash scene, but I wont be releasing any RTC's until I am satisfied there is a solution which works. Hope this satisfies your needs.

As for the remainder of the requests, I wont detail. But you can all expect a lot more detailed low risk callouts and ambient events with the newer versions of Callouts+ as and when they are stable.

Sure there is such thing as an accident - you're driving, making a right turn after stopping at a stop sign, and you cut the turn too sharp and hit a curb. The vehicle behind you assumes you're going to accelerate at a normal speed and doesn't think you're going to hit that curb, so he doesn't slow down all the way. After hitting the curb, you can't go anymore because of a flat tire (let's just say) and you're now stopped on the side of the road, and the vehicle behind you rear ends you. That's not an "accident"? :turned:  Nobody did it on purpose- call it what you want, but to me it's an MVA, haha.

But I'm looking forward to the updated script with a bunch of minor calls, that would be quite fun.

No that isn't an accident.

If the vehicle behind you is so close to you that it doesn't have time to stop when you do, they are entirely at fault. And no I'm not being harsh about this, that is the way UK law works. Alternatively if the driver behind isn't paying attention and they crash into you, they are still at fault.

I'm not calling this what I want, I'm calling it what the UK legislation calls it. "accident" implies nobody is to blame, this simply isn't the case.

I also forgot to pick up on, if you turned after stopping at a stop sign. Shouldn't the vehicle also follow the highway code and stop at the stop sign regardless of if you kerb it or not?

Forgive me for being picky, but if you're going to ask for more realistic callouts, expect criticism from someone who is happy to play with the ideas ;)
