GTA IV FATAL ERROR: SMPA60

Featured Replies

Hi, I am getting this error message SMPA60, everytime I try to get into the game it crashes me every 3-5 minutes. How do I fix this? This is getting really annoying. My PC Specs:

  • Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit
  • Processor: AMD A10-5750M with Radeon HD Graphics  (4 CPUs), ~2.5GHz
  • Memory: 8192MB Ram
  • Laptop

List of mods that I have:

  • LCPDFR 0.95 (couldn't do 1.0 due to alot of game and multiplayer crashes)
  • Deadly Wrecks (Seatbelt mod, its on gta4-mods.com)
  • two marked and unmarked CHP police cars
  • a siren

The game still crashed even when I didn't install the deadly wrecks mod.

And also, whenever I hit CTRL + M it calls for a medic and I crash when that happens.

Here is my game directory:
