So I'm thinking about switching from xbox to PC... What mods are the best for peak game performance and what mods should I use car wise weapon wise, sirens, call out, graphics etc..,

What's so funny about that? Zero percent crashes is impossible. 

Well, There are tons and tons of mods out there. I believe over a 100+ pages of vehicle models on this site alone. You would have to go through that. There are also tons and tons of ped mods. Sirens, you'll probably have to go through and listen to previews your self, but if I were to suggest one..

@OP: For peak game performance? No mods.

Most mods are high Res, meaning they use more PC power than default (vanilla) stuff.

 

Regarding what mods you should use, well, it's your wish! Whatever suits you, & you think is cool, you put that in the game.

Asking us what mods to install is like asking us  what shirt you have to wear today, or what you have to eat.

Install whichever mod you find is AWESOME & you feel you would like to have that in your game
