Do You Think I Should Turn Of Shadows To Run An ENB?

Just like the title says. I have a good PC when play EFLC with shadows and an ENB, however if i want to record i have to disable shadows cause Fraps give off to little FPS. So i was wondering do you think it is worth running an ENB without shadows? I'm just not to sure if i should. 

Or can someone recommend a good graphics mod that kinds looks ENB like, without the ENB effects? I want to use an ENB cause it looks good but i just can't make up my mind on disabling shadows so i want some of your guys opinion.

    Yea i just started playing altogether without shadows, The game dose not bad actually!

    Yeah you can change a few different settings ingame that will make your gta iv run much better and still look good!
