Hi, I have a desktop of my own with windows 7. (I downgraded.) Here is the PC specs:

 

• Windows 7 Professional
• Intel Celeron D 360
• 3.46 GHz
• 512 MB
• 120 GB

Please tell me if this can run GTA IV fast or atleast at low settings. 

 

I cannot use canyourunit.com because I have no internet yet. I am trying to get internet..

By the way I heard that a celeron is good.

I'm guessing that the 512 MB is your GPU. It might run at low settings. How much RAM do you have?

Okay, tell me what graphic settings you will be using in game.

We can't determine that only with resolution. You can have 800x600 but max out reflection, shadows, etc. That won't work.

Depends, some mods require more resources some do not.
