I can not start up my GTA, it will not open Rockstar Games Social Club (RGSC).

I got a screenshot of what happends when i start up GTAIV.

Are you running the game as admin? 

Are you using any cracks? Please give more details so we can help you better.

I am not running a crack, i am running the game as a administrator. 

The game worked tuesday with LCPD:FR and stuff.

Make sure you have patched the game to 1.0.7.0

Make sure to be running "LaunchGTAIV.exe" from the gta iv directory as admin.

I am running the game as administrator.

You need to update your game to patch 1.0.7.0, LCPDFR (as well as most script mods) will not work on patches lower than 1.0.7.0. If you did update your game, you shouldn't be launching via RGSC, simply launch the game using the "LaunchGTAIV.exe".

I just updated it, and it worked. Now i open that launcher and press Play and it closes the launcher, and then nothing happends.

Looks like you need an ASILoader. Install this to your directory http://www.fileplanet.com/221332/220000/fileinfo/Grand-Theft-Auto-IV---ASI-Loader and tell us if it works.

It did not work, i extracted the "dsound.dll" and i tried to launch IV and the same problem comes.

Are you running any other ASILoaders at the same time? Do you have scripthook installed? Also, please take another screenshot of your directory now that you've updated the game.

This is solved, i bought the game on Steam and it is working.

I tought you said you already had a bought copy of gta iv?

I had one on disc, now i have it on steam. There was a sale on all rockstar products this weekend.
