Hey guys I'm a noob to upgrading pc and stuff and I'm upgrading my GPU from a Geforce GTX 645 1g to a GTX 660 2g. I have 2 questions, is that a good step up and do I need to upgrade something else to use that card? I only have $220 to work with and the card itself is 190.

16GB ram and 16GB memory? I am not quite sure I understand. Make sure your Mobo supports PCIe 2.0 x16 or higher.

To know if the card will work, we'd need to know the wattage of the PSU (Most likely 400-500).

I looked it up for you, your computer has a 450W Power Supply and the GTX 660's minimum power requirement is 450W. You're cutting it really close, but it should work.
