Does the Deputy spawn with sunglasses and campaign hat because Ron spawns with glasses and hat or do you need a modded PS3?

Yes sire, Trevor has an unused fireman outfit along an LSPD outfit too. Michael also has an LSPD outfit which both are based on beta versions of officers. Also the name of the army official would be s_m_m_marine_02.

 

Ron by default spawns with the first hat and glasses of any ped so if you want to check out the hats replace him.

Yeah, I heard about the uniforms, got an idea how you can spawn them as player? How did you manage to get Trevor with that outfit?

And can you change his hair and put on sunglasses like usual

How are people getting the LSPD uniforms and object spawning? ISO mods? 

 

I may consider it after debating the risk, but R* seems to be very strict this time around, compared to GTA IV.
