PHP Contact Form

Featured Replies

Hey,

Is there anyone here who can possibly make me a PHP contact form for my clan website which will send all the details through to my email address. I've found a few online but they have ads or redirects to their site or limited submissions per month. I need about 5 making, so if anyone if good at them I'm willing to pay for the service.

Thanks,

Zach

100 monthly submissions, if you go over that...pay the monthly charge or learn php..

100 submissions will not be enough for me but I don't want to be paying stupid monthly amounts. I will learn PHP because that website you gave me the link for looks really good.

Thanks.

Here is one that I use on my websites:

You can open the html file using notepad, and then copy the contents on to any webpage so that it integrates with the rest of your website's design.

Then, upload the php file to the same folder as the file that contains the contact form and edit the email address located inside to the one you wish the responses to be emailed to.

If you have any problems, PM me and I'll help you set it up.

If you're also experienced in CSS, you can style it however you want to match your website.

Hi,

Thanks for this but I have learnt how to do it now and have set up a form for my website.

Thanks a lot though!
