I'm trying to make an unmarked Explorer, but the lights on the interior light bar won't flash up! Only the little TIR3 modules and headlight wig-wags will work. I also have the fog lights flashing red and blue, but they won't show up or flash at all. The car looks just fine in OpenIV, but not in game. I have screenshots of my hierarchy, OpenIV pic, and in-game pic.

There is a problem with you naming the ELS Flash Lights in the hierarchy. You should name the PRIMARY Lights as follows:

 

extra_1

-extra_1_L0 (Ticked)

-extra_1_L1 (Unticked)

-extra_1_L2(Unticked)

 

SECL/WRNL Lights should be as follows:

extra_7

 -extra_7

  -extra_7_L0 (Ticked)

  -extra_7_L1 (Unticked)

  -extra_7_L2(Unticked)

 

Try this out.

You don't need to have L1s or L2s, unless you're planning for it to still be high def. 

Try manually toggling the extras with SNT. Do the textures appear? They may not light up, but do the emis textures appear? (it might be easiest if you make them light purple or something similar that will stand out even if not lit up)

You should always have L1's in yours vehicle, well at least ive been told to when i started out.

This only applies to the vehicle's parts, not to the lighting equipment's parts.
