[SOLVED] Cones and barriers wthout vdH police helper?

Featured Replies

So I would really like to have cones and barriers that block the road but if I use vdH police helper, it crashes my LCPD:FR or vdH just crashes itself. Any alternatives?

You can stop traffic with LCPDFR 1.0, and use Simple Native Trainer to spawn the actual barrier objects. That's kind of tedious though, but that is one solution.

Police Helper should be more stable if you disable all of the world events. Open PoliceHelper.ini, and change the "Events" settings to these:

[ EVENTS ]

TrafficEventsTimeout = 0
// Set timeout for creating traffic events (speeders will be created 2x more often).
// Set it to 0 to turn off traffic events.

WorldEventsTimeout = 0
// Set timeout for creating world events. Set it to 0 to turn off world events.

EnableOtherEvents = False
// Enable casual events like tourists asking for directions etc.
