GTA IV Crashing After Loading

Featured Replies

When I boot up the game and when my save game is loading my game randomly crashes, but if I go into multiplayer from the start menu, it doesn't crash. I have read many thing on Google but none are helpful.

Thanks

Blue Line Roleplay is currently recruiting command staff and members. If you are interested please send an application! http://blueline-roleplay.enjin.com/

The save files are located in 2 different places.

X:Users%username%AppDataLocalRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames
X:Users%username%DocumentsRockstar GamesGTA IVsavegames

Note: The AppData-folder is usually hidden, make sure that you can see hidden files.
Note 2: “X” is the drive where you have installed GTA IV, and %username% is replaced by your username

Try and delete/move them from there and start the game again.
