Gave Persons Check a face lift, also added the following drivers licences (Only Prosecutors/Admins/Mods can edit licences for now):

Expired - self explanatory

Disqualified - pending case outcome/disqualified for a certain period of time, currently can be 1 or 2 months

Provisional - this means when this person is driving they MUST be accompanied by a person over the age of 21 who has a full drivers licence

Full - self explanatory

None - self explanatory

Also given everyone in the database a random licence.

Vehicle check almost complete.

Amazingly great work! I'm so excited for all these new updates. Love the new license system. Thanks Braveheart!

I've added automatic warrants being issued when a prosecutor completes a crime report with a fine. I've also added a prison timer, prosecutors can specify a jail term which will be translated into either 7, 14, 21, 28 days in real life after which the person will be released from prison.

Finally finished the messaging system!

Other changes and updates:

-When Prosecutors issue a fine an automated means enquiry warrant will be issued.

-When prosecutors deal with a case (quash or prosecute) you will receive a message informing you of the outcome.

-Dispatchers can also query any on-duty officers' availability through the messaging system.

All reported bugs have also been addressed. Thanks for those.

I'm going to bite the bullet and sign up. Looks like it could add some enjoyment back into IV for me.

EDIT: I remember signing up back last year, forgotten my password however.

About to apply yet another update, this one is to the outstanding calls. I've completely redone them, we will now all see the same outstanding calls at the same time, notes etc can be added to them by dispatchers and once an officer takes a call, it will be removed from the workload. Also new calls can be received at random adding to the overall workload (you'll see what I mean if you get one).

I just wanted to congratulate all of the Prosecutors/Dispatchers/Braveheart for doing an outstanding job this past couple of weeks!

- Prosecutors you guys have been working yalls tails off to get over 100 cases prosecuted and returned to the officers.

- Dispatchers I will have to say there has been a couple times this week I have logged onto the system and had dispatchers assign me calls and great warnings for my safety.

- Braveheart you have been doing an awesome job from day one. But these past couple of weeks all the added bonuses you have put in are amazing.

Once Again Amazing Job! Keeping this MDC system going.

The new updates sound awesome I can't wait to try it out! I was out of commission for a while due to injury and the past couple weeks I've just been busy modding, but I look forward to trying out the new system! Sounds epic

Edit: Would it be possible to divide the new Outstanding Calls section by area, possibly color coded in a manner similar to the priority? I tend to work one island when I load up LCPDFR and the MDC, and depending on whether or not I'm playing a sheriff deputy or city officer I either will work anywhere in the city or limit myself to certain neighborhoods. It would be nice just to glance at the outstanding calls on my laptop and immediately recognize whether or not a call is in my district. Perhaps where the Island/Section is in caps, it could also be a certain color, ordered top to bottom one island to the next. Perhaps you could tie it into the Officer Information, and display the areas they're assigned to at the top of the list and in green. I don't know if it's possible and it's just a suggestion.

Also, I'm sure to have more suggestions as I get into and play with the new system... Keep up the great work Braveheart, this tool has definitely brought roleplay in LCPDFR to a new level.

Hey look, another edit! I just found a problem. The prosecutor just kicked two cases back to me to confirm events of the police report, but the problem is I don't recall the particular incident and the way I work the cases is that I use the Actions Taken dialog to document what dispatchers generally log for the officers. En route, arriving, persons in custody, requesting cover, transport, etc. I don't enter in the details of the incident until I get to the crime report where I write an officer narrative. So the issue is that the prosecutor is asking whether or not the person fought with me or whether they were male or female, but I can't view the crime report I submitted now that the case has been sent back, since it does not show up in finalized reports nor in crime reports, I can only view the Actions Taken and original Call Details. Anyway to have it send back the crime report when the prosecutors request clarification?

To see your crime report go into the Submit Crime Report page! Viewing calls via section is something I plan to add in shortly.

Cheers

Oops! I should have remembered that but it's been a while. Also I just PM'd you because the MDC login page isn't working, keeps redirecting back to itself upon login

Your acccount was activated today. You should now be able to access it.

It can be pretty confusing to get used to, Send me a PM either on here or send it to me under the name "Sargeant" on the officer PM section with any questions you have and Ill do my best to explain.

You can also go on the officer chat and talk to other users and ask for some advice their.

A weekend off! And a few quick updates:

Updated Positions page to include Bowers and Jacko for applications. As I have alluded to previously, I am a very busy person and I often get swamped with applications to which are left without a response for a while until I have time to sift through them all. I may add this directly into the system at some point.

Due to persons not being in custody for very long crime reports and warrants are piling up rather quickly. To address this I've changed the amount of time persons are held in custody to 7, 14 and 21 days. The choices will still remain as 24, 32 and 48 hours but each of these will last the aforementioned days, respectively. This should give enough time for prosecutors to start dealing with cases, there's also been a few new applications for the prosecutor positions too which will help bring the workload down.

These next changes only affect prosecutors. I've added a lot more jail term options as below:

28 days (7 days)

3 months (14 days)

6 months (21 days)

1 year (28 days)

5 years (32 days)

10 years (39 days)

Life (46 days)

I've also added an option to automatically issue an arrest warrant for accused persons instead of having to issue them all manually.

Lastly, the workload was around 90+ when I was last on it's now sitting at 8 (low), nice work everyone! I'm going to turn back on automatic calls from public.

Now calls are running a lot, it's now already to medium. Officers will have a lot to have fun with and not only to wait for a dispatcher.

Another quick update, I've added a radio transmit sound into the chat when new messages are posted or someone enters the chat! I plan to add a sound for new messages too (particularly when dispatched to a call).

Make sure your speakers are on!

You can also now order the outstanding calls by the section you're covering.
