I was wondering what you gentlemen use to combat the overflow of taxicabs? I'm using 1.0 with the hotfix and it seems like all I see are yellow cabs.  I looked at the traffic flow mod, but from the comments it doesn't work with ELS and may not be compatible with LCDPD 1.0.

Thanks.

TrafficFlow works fine with LCPDFR 1.0a and as far as I know, it works with ELS. It happens when GTA IV runs out of available video memory. To

compensate for the memory loss, GTA IV loads the model that has the least amount of polygons. In this case, that car-model is the taxi. If TrafficFlow doesn't work, it could be if you recently have installed car mods; Consider removing these. Cars with a high poly count will most likely cause memory-leaks, even on a powerful gaming pc. Restore the original cars by using the backup that you made previous to installing the car mod.

You are correct, this works with 1.0.a.

The only thing I noticed that seemed a bit off was my number of callouts. I wasn't getting very many compared to usual. Maybe it was a fluke.

I've used TrafficFlow since LCPDFR version .91. It works fine with ELS too. But you're limited to only twenty cars. I have no idea why it's never been increased.

Thanks for posting this response ! I always wondered why "taxi bug" always happens. I have only had it happen to me twice ! (Amen)
