This is my last advice: Reinstall the game, apply patch, run as admin and try the game. Install LCPDFR 1.0 with the manual installation package (hotfix is included). Read the manual to the letter.

It's unlikely LCPDFR crahes your game while loading, the main code is not yet running then. You might want to share your logs though.
