yay looks / based off of Los Angeles like I hope

Here's why

Los Angeles has the same excat beach as featured in the video, also the streets look like LA as well as the cop cars, Lokoks like the CA country side's and the Mt's right outside of L.A. and the military jet prob represents the military base around L.A. / San Diego

been to L.A. before

The best part of the trailer:

Seriously, while GTA IV is a mostly gray, drab, "realistic" city, this seems to be colorful and vibrant.

Interestingly, the black and white cruisers seem more colorful than cruisers with blue (an actual color).

It's "only" based in Los Santos,and the surrounding countryside.

I still can't believe that the graphics, theyre so much better! And do you remember when it says '' I wanted to start a new life, have a kid '' or something like that, do you think there is going to be children in it? If it does then that could be a new callout for lcpdfr. like child abduction, child abuse and like that :D

I highly doubt children will ever be in Grand Theft Auto. Bad press would be completely explosive.

Zero chance of children in open-world gameplay. R* can't let players ever even appear to harm children. Maybe in cutscenes, but unlikely (probably can't have any big role, and not much point in modeling them if they have almost no role).

Hence the reason they were removed from gta III. Although you didn't see any, you had to blow up a school bus full of them

i guess they wouldnt put kids in this gta if they ddnt put them in the others. but at least they got the dogs in there :D
