what keys can I use to control the options the pops up when I push capital...and also any help with` my callout it not showing me where the go .....after accepting calls...please I need help.........

    Okay, use the mouse to control the Quick Action Menu.  You move the mouse to the option you want and then release the key, it will select that option for you.

     

    Secondly, for the callouts, just bring up the big map (pause screen), if it doesn't show on the small map.
