LCPDFR 1.0 - Not there? ALT + P Doesn't work?

Featured Replies

Hi,

Thanks very much for reading this post.

I'm not too sure if the IV Diagnostics software thing supports LCPDFR 1.0.  I installed LCPDFR via the automatic install, and I ran the diagnostics tool, and got the following:

edbb553bedfd4d479ad2c517035f53fe.png

I also got GTA IV: ASI Loader not found.

My problem is, when I start GTA IV, I press ALT + P to start LCPDFR 1.0, but get nothing?  Nothing happens?

Thanks for your time.

Cheers.

Alex

The Diagnostic Tool does not support LCPDFR 1.0, however follow these steps and you should be able to get the mod working.

Step 1: Perform a Clean Install of GTA IV (Legal Copy)

Step 2: Do an automatic installation of the LCPDFR 1.0 mod.

Step 3: Install other mods you want.

Step 4: With  the LCPDFR automatic installation it sets the asi loader to xlive, which means you need to run GTA IV as administrator and offline when the login box opens.

I followed these steps exactly and LCPDFR 1.0 works perfectly with my system. I hope it works for anyone else who had the same initial issues that I had.

How can I get 1.0 to work online? Is it in the LCPDFR configuration file?

PS: When I am using the automatic install I choose the manually option because I have my gta IV folder in C:Program FilesRockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV not C:Program Files (x86)Rockstar GamesGrand Theft Auto IV but LCPDFR installs LCPDFR in the x86 folder, but if I put my GTA IV in the x86 it crash (Windows 8 have that error)

Same issue, ALT + P does nothing. Windows 8.1 64 Bit. I automatically installed it then uninstalled and manually installed, still nothing. 0.95 rc2 r2 works though
