Hi, when ever I download LCPD:FR 0.95 it will download, but when clicked after download it says, "open with.". With my other computers an installation app would come up and I would select my directory but, on this when ever I open it it says, "open with". Please help im so confused.

Can you post a screen shot??
BTW I don't use LCPDFR.

You have to download and install WinRAR.

1. I have WinRAR and I downloaded it and installed it and it still does not come up working, I don't know if WinRAR is broken or LCPD:FR download. I recently got WinRAR so I don't know witch one it is. Please help I just downloaded GTA 4 and installed it  a couple of days ago just for lcpdfr please help me.

Try using a different browser to download it with.

Make sure you can see file extensions and add .exe at the end.
