Make sure your dummies are placed right.

This, also making sure your wheel collisions are placed correctly. If that doesn't work, select everything (including _L1's and _L2's but not [COL]'s) and make sure "Selected Mode" is on, then follow these steps:

 

  1. Go to "Display"
  2. Click "Center to Object"
  3. Click anywhere in any display (except "3D")
  4. Repeat step 1
  5. Click "Reset to Parent"
  6. Repeat step 3 and 4
  7. Click "Reset to World"
  8. Repeat step 3
  9. Profit?
