i import it to windows movie maker and save the movie.

ok what does it do. and also would be helpfull to turn settings to high? could that be a reason.

What is your resolution in game?

the setting to make the screen bigger^^?

all i now is that els is fast and can run enbs and iec's so it has to be decent ha-ha!

I use Fraps.
My videos are 720p. I haven't experienced low quality video images.
Only problem I have is long upload time. 5 min video can take almost half a day.

Your Fraps settings are fine, so you must be rendering with the wrong settings. In Windows Movie Maker click the little blue pane in the top left that looks somewhat like a book, from there go to the "Save Movie" tab, hover your mouse over that until a bunch of settings pop up and scroll to the bottom of that pop up to where it says "Create Custom Setting...", now just edit the intervals. Make sure to match the resolution of the raw video for the best quality before rendering through Movie Maker.

• 1440p is 2560x1440 (WxH), 1080p is 1920x1080 (WxH) and 720p is 1280x720 (WxH)
• WxH = Width x Height
