Hello, I have recently got my GTA IV to work and I spent hours for it to work now I just tried to get this awesome mod that I have been waiting for and now.... I CANT EVEN USE IT. When I downloaded it the file showed up as File Type: File. It doesn't show up as a .exe as it should and I cannot open it to use it. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP! I am operating on a Win8 computer. Do I need to get a certain program? Please tell me!

...Just simply rename the file, adding .exe to the end. It shouldn't be downloading as only a file, just rename it, and add .exe to the end that should make it run normally since there is no program to really select for exe's.
