When I start the game, first off, the map doesn't load completely, like it doesn't load the buildings, or other cars. Second, when I press Alt+P to activate the Mod, nothing happens. Anybody know how to fix these two problems?

I don't know about the error, but you should try using the Right Alt+P

OP: What are your computer specs? Legal copy of the game? Running the game as administrator?

RightAlt+P works for me

It depends, because on my computer it doesn't. But that could be mine though... I usually say left alt, so I always say the same thing over the fora. I'm confusing enough as it is :p

It's a legal copy, and I am running it as an administrator.

Are you using the Steam version? 

I don't think so, it just downloaded straight from Amazon.

Do you have the latest patch?

I have a patch, not sure if its the latest.

You need the 1.0.7.0 patch

Try the newest patch off R*'s website. Post your computer specs and where you installed your mods to as well.

I will post my complete specs when I get home.

I can't find the specs, but I have the latest patch for EFLC.
