I'm Just thinking that it would be cool to see an Fire-truck, that's looks like the image below. It would have to be like ELS, where it has to be real lights. anyway's I tried to start to make it myself, and that I'm not very good at modding.

 

I want to see if anyone here can make up an script or maybe custermos ELS 7, or maybe adding more light pattern in zmodeler.  this would be the only Christmas truck in GTAIV

Hell, that ain't a Christmas tree. That right there is the sun. It would be so bright in-game that you would probably need to wear sunglasses just to look at your monitor.

there is no need to use ELS for that: just create the small lights on 3ds max, then export them and place them on a firetruck model on zmodeler, then texture them, and the parts where the lights should be on, have to be assign with a "lightsemissive" material.

that would be interesting to have in my game

I Don't have 3D max, as you can see this is posted under request

Or a welding mask.   Also that truck needs more lights.
