    It's also the LCPDFR police station. That's the place you teleport to. The briefing room there is the squad room in the station.

    Checked both places, and I can't find it. I do see a big building right next to Perseus near both of those addresses. Any idea how to get in it?

    It's the lawyer's office, you can teleport to it with Simple Native Trainer (it's one of the preset locations on it), and also where LCPDFR teleports you to when you go to a police station.
