Yes sir I am 24 yrs old born July 16th 1989. Its been 3yrs since the crime occurred. I am now residing in Richmond VA still on supervised probation. I will not let this crime stick. I know for a fact that I didn't shoot that poor child on purpose. I carried that child to his mother. I did not run I cooperated with the police, If I felt I had of done something wrong I would not had of done those things I would have tried to flea the scene.

People may make mistakes, but if by some chance some of the young kids on here don't wind up getting a job as a police officer, and you do, then this country's justice system and government will have failed, and I'll be moving to Europe.

It was my childhood dream to be a police officer. And I won't let a mistake stop me.

Saucy. Depending on how the next 10 years of U.S. politics pan out I might have to do that. Or if this dude gets to enforce any kind of law. I shouldn't be worrying, really. He'd have to explain himself in an interview, if he manages to get one because even if he gets pardoned, it's still on his record. I'd love to be in the room to witness that conversation.

A guy was playing with a bb gun I took it from him put it in safety the BB gun must have malfunctioned because when I put it in safety the trigger didn't lock it exploded and hit the kid he was standing in point blank direction. I had my face toward the pistol. Poor judgement yes it was on my behalf but unlawful assault heck no.

In order to do what he did though that would mean he would have had to aim it at the persons back, and squeeze the trigger. I dunno why this subject is being debated. This original topic was about whether he can wear a police badge or not, and the answer is no. So this thread really shouldn't be open anymore, anyway.
