I play GTA on my laptop. I tried to arrest someone and it gives me the option to give a ticket to the person but I must press a numberpad key. I'm on a laptop so I obviously do not have the numberpad. I to change the controls in the file but it does not work even though I changed the key. Please help.

I had this problem when i first installed .91, the only solution i could find is either buying a new computer, or buying an external keyboard ( which can be pricey )

Really?, when I had my old laptop (no numpad) I bought a cheap usb keyboard, I can't remember the price but looking just now I found one for £5.99. It is not like you have to buy an expensive gaming keyboard like the G19.

If you use LCPDFR 0.95 Beta, there isn't, if I remember correctly, anything which depends on the numpad.

You can get a cheap, cheap keyboard for like $15 or $20.
