    I tried that but it did not work either. Plus, now when I arrest someone, i just handcuff them and they stay on the ground.

    I play GTA on my laptop. I tried to arrest someone and it gives me the option to give a ticket to the person but I must press a numberpad key. I'm on a laptop so I obviously do not have the numberpad. I to change the controls in the file but it does not work even though I changed the key. Please help.
