As my noose? I believe I have an unmarked CVPI I made (not released here since it didn't pass my quality check). If you want, I can make a CVPI specially for you for your noose slot, but let's not talk about that here, we'll talk on PM.

I have said them already, in my post :P Normal Dodge Charger and CVPI, unmarked CVPI and a Chevy tahoe.

What about a motorbike? You just have to change a few settings, and it is great fun to patrol on in my opinion!
