My clan uses it and it black for us Try changing the carcols or Re-skinning it

Have you installed both the .wtf and .wtd files? If so, which program are you using?

I know what the issue is. If your installing it into the polpatriot slot it since it's a black vehicle it will come out looking white. Either you need to modify, correct me if I'm wrong, the cargrp file with notepad to change the color of the vehicle to black or you can just install it into the nstockade slot and it will automatically come out with a black paint job in game.

No, this Bearcat definitely replaces the Enforcer. And if you replace the Bearcat with the Enforcer, he will be black in game.
